Each Aji Garden mail will include a wholehearted letter,
an exclusive A6 postcard with matching bookmark, and a small themed sticker with a glossy finish.I'll share with you the events and emotions I experienced during that month, I'll write about the chosen theme and the process that led to the creation
of the items you'll receive. I hope my letters will keep you company
and inspire you to smile and be creative in your everyday life.Shipping is included in the subscription price
(no additional costs for international orders).
Always make sure you double-check the address you write
so everything arrives safely.
If you don't receive your letter after 4 weeks,
please feel free to contact me by email at [email protected]
and I will gladly send you another.Unfortunately, once they are sent I have no control over the letters,
as they do not have tracking. I therefore trust in your patience and understanding, and please always feel free to contact me if you have
any problems with the letter or if something has arrived damaged.

Letters are shipped during the first week of each calendar month.● WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Currently, all orders are shipped from Italy.● HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
They generally arrive in Europe within 2 weeks.
International orders towards other continents may take up to 6 weeks.● WHAT'S YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
Returns/refunds/exchanges can only be made if items arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will do my best to help.● CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Letters are sent via regular letter post, untracked.
Tracked shipping is available for an additional fee.● MY LETTER IS LOST!
Sometimes delivery can take longer due to several and unforeseen reasons. Please allow extra time. If it’s been more than 8 weeks please contact me.
